Greetings Festivarians!!

Every time the phone rings here on Planet Bluegrass, it's the same question: "do you have the single-day Telluride lineups yet?" You've all been generously patient with us all winter. And we've tried to reward you with stories of podcasts and our passion for future Telluride stars Sharon Jones and Stephen Kellogg. But still you've had to wait through the long, windy, snowy winter.

Well, the springtime sun is shining today... The lineups for the 33rd Annual Telluride Bluegrass Festival are official! We've held back a couple more surprises for today, too...

The DecemberistsAcclaimed folk-rock band The Decemberists will be making their only appearance of the summer on Friday evening in Telluride. That's a day that now includes Bela Fleck & the Flecktones, the Drive-By Truckers, The Decemberists, Jerry Douglas Band, The Greencards, Stephen Kellogg, and others. Oh man.

1997 Telluride band contest winners and country radio stars Ryan Shupe & the Rubberband share the stage on Thursday with Bonnie Raitt, Neko Case, Tim O'Brien, Benny "Burle" Galloway's new band Wayword Sons, and an all-star set featuring Sam Bush, Bela Fleck, Jerry Douglas, Edgar Meyer, Tim O’Brien, and Bryan Sutton.

And the weekend promises just as many musical riches. Check out the full lineup below. Ryan Shupe & the RubberbandThen forward this email to your friends and start planning for June in Telluride.

A quick reminder for all you RV campers: A very limited number of RV passes for the Coonskin lot will be sold starting at 8am MST, Monday, April 17. These will be available by phone only - 800-624-2422 / 303-823-0848.

There are probably news items we should share about RockyGrass, Folks, and Mabon. But today all we can think about is Telluride. Only 64 days away...
